Testimonials and affirmations

You are an unusually thoughtful and effective communicator; [we] loved both the message and the messenger.
~ Dr. John McLaughlin, Professor and President Emeritus, University of New Brunswick

Guest speaker and presentation were effective and eye-opening; and stopped my apathy toward environment and climate change.

He is an incredibly inspirational person.

David's stunning use of art - visual, written, spoken and audio - made his presentation come alive and brough the profoud issues of climate change to life. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone had a tear in the eye at least once during the talk. The material was engaging, humourous, tragic, but always moving. It was as inspiring as it was informative.

He has the rare quality of being able to appeal to, stimulate and challenge an audience of diverse ages and experiences. He left us all with the same sentiment: something must be done, something can be done.
    ~ J McLaughlin, Canada

I walked away with the sense that, no matter what our skills or talents or current knowledge or involvement, we can all do something to contribute to changing the climate change crisis. David's message is one of empowerment and hope.

You speak with a raw reverence that captures the creative mind and raises the spirit of even the most disheartened environmentalist. Your talent is remarkable!
    ~ K MacLeod, Canada

You gave a face to today's 'hero generation', and through the series of stories intricately woven together, your talk was transformed from a lecture into an incredibly moving experience.

David is a natural story teller with a genuine charisma that makes him stand out in any crowd. In just one hour, he inspired me to step up my game as he transferred hope and confidence over a breakfast in a grey Poznan in 2008.
    ~ S Heijbel, Sweden

David's presentations and leadership have played a crucial role in my journey to find who I am and who I want to be - and most importantly get to work on it seriously. He is always a good resource of strong and sustainable inspirations which keep me pushing hard and doing the best I can.

Your talk was awesome. I'm so glad I could be there. I had strong feelings after it - mostly regarding my own career direction. ... I hope you take time to look back and be proud. It takes a special kind of person.
    ~ N Vadori, Canada

David's presentation was second to none. His messages and delivery were exemplary; together they provided a basis on which the whole county could further its knowledge on climate change and how to create a more sustainable future.
    ~ J Fletcher, Wales

David brought a wise and distinctive set of perspectives to the team who organized the BP 2041 expedition to Antarctic in 2009 and he went on to play an important role during the expedition as part of the lead team of polar explorers, climate scientists, academics and energy industry leaders accompanying 60 undergraduate and post graduate students. He demonstrates an engaging manner in addressing and connecting with diverse, international audiences of all ages and expresses his views with passion and insight. He is not afraid to challenge strongly held positions or to listen to others with an open, receptive mind.

David Noble speaks from his heart, and that is a rare and precious gift any audience can receive.

You might remember my 11-year old daughter Jessica who talked to you afterwards. According to her it was the best talk she ever went to and was even better than the talk on Trilobites we went to last year (I try to take her to interesting talks and lectures). ... Thanks again for an interesting talk that appealed to both muself and my daughter.

I found your presentation quite affecting and felt that your emphasis on connecting with your audience on multiple levels was a unique method of engaging on the issue of climate change.  Instead of relying on exclusively scientific or political arguments, I felt that bringing in discussions of faith, various forms of art, and extremely grassroots initiatives and local actions increased the impact of the presentation rather than diluting it.  In particular, I felt that a real 'we're all in this together, and we all need to act' message grew out of the various angles from which you approached climate change.
